Support for Ukraine
In response to the humanitarian crisis unfolding in Eastern Europe as a result of Russia's invasion of Ukraine and the resulting war, KW Water Polo Club has donated $500, to the Canadian Red Cross Ukraine Humanitarian Crisis Appeal.

Through a Board member's Employer Matching Gift Program, this donation was doubled to $1000.

Money raised will enable the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement to respond to humanitarian needs both in Ukraine and surrounding countries, including supporting populations displaced. The support could include preparedness, immediate and ongoing relief efforts, long-term recovery, resiliency, and other critical humanitarian activities as needs arise.
