16U National Championship League (NCL) event in Markham December 5-7, 2025
Our 16u athletes travelled to Markham last weekend to compete in the first NCL event of the season.  

This year our Kraken athletes are partnering with Mavericks for both 16u girls and 16u boys.  The teams have been practicing together and working hard, and it showed at the tournament.  Our boys battled hard against some tough teams and placed 13th overall.  Our girls charged through the weekend and placed 3rd.  Both teams had an exciting finish to the weekend - ending on wins in a shootout for both games.  Kraken fans were kept on the edge of our seats!

We are proud of the effort, determination and energy that all our athletes brought to the pool this weekend!
