Please select the birth year of your athlete for information on our programming and registration for the 2025-2026 season:
How to register for the 2025-2026 season:
- Select the link for your athlete's age group from the options above. Click on the Register Now link.
- Log in to RAMP using your previous login (or create an account if this is your first time registering with us), and follow through the pages
- NOTE: there is a checkbox for an optional donation to Water Polo Canada (WPC). You must uncheck this box if you do not want to make a donation at this time
- Finalize your athlete's registration and pay the yearly fee to WPC via credit card (this is a yearly fee to register athletes with our governing bodies and does not come to the club)
- Once finalized, please send the club membership fees to [email protected] according to your selected payment option below. Fees for programming are available on the program detail pages listed above (select the birth year of your athlete)
Payment Options (Club Membership Fees)
For membership fees, there are three pre-defined payment schedules. If you are interested in a different payment schedule we are happy to work with you to define a mutually agreeable plan. Please reach out to [email protected] and let us know how we can help accommodate!
Option 1: Payment in full (by October 15th)
Option 2: Two equal payments on 15th of October and 15th of January.
Option 3: Monthly payments (15th of each month). Note that for monthly payments there is an additional 2% charge to cover the extra administration and bank fees. Please reach out to [email protected] to finalize the fees and payment plan.
- If paying by automatic withdrawal (required if you are selecting option 2 or 3), a void cheque must be provided to the Treasurer. Send an email to [email protected] for information on where to send your cheque. Please indicate player name & age group on the cheque.
- If paying by e-transfer, send payment to [email protected] on the 15th of October and 15th of January. Please include the name of the player and the age group in the payment details
