Membership Referral Program (K-W Water Polo)

PrintMembership Referral Program

New for the 2025–2026 season: we are expanding the membership referral program.

What is new
Earn a $50–$100 credit for each new 10U member you bring into the KW Water Polo Club.

What stays the same
Earn a $500 credit for each new 12U, 14U, 16U, and 18U member you bring into the club.

How it works
If you recruit a new member for the upcoming season (e.g., 2025–2026). You can earn a one-time credit for your athlete for the following season (e.g., 2026–2027).

  • A new member is defined as anyone who was not a member of the KW Water Polo Club in the previous season. They can be a sibling, a member of another club, or a player that is returning to our club after taking a break of a season or more.
  • If you have more than one athlete in the club, the credit will be applied to only one of your athlete’s fees.
  • The new member must name you as the person who referred them to our program when they register online, not afterwards.
  • The new member must be assessed and meet the standards set by our coaching staff.
  • The new member's fees must be paid in full before the credit will be available.
  • Any returning member is eligible to earn this credit.
  • If you do not return for the following season, the credit is not transferable. The only exception is when the new member is a sibling. In that situation only, the credit may be provided to the new member at the end of their second full season as a rebate.
  • Total credit will not exceed the existing athlete’s fees for the following season and is not applicable to subsequent seasons past the next immediate season.
  • New 10U member — A fully paid member for half the season earns you a $50 credit and a fully paid member for the full season earns you a $100 credit.
  • New 12U, 14U, [16U, or 18U] member — A fully paid member earns you a $500 credit.
  • If you are not sure for which age group you are recruiting, see Age Divisions

Increasing membership will grow the sport in the Region and help offset fixed costs going forward.
