The water polo season runs from September to May. Final dates in May will depend on when Ontario Water Polo schedules the Provincial championships. New this season - there will be Nationals for 16U teams that participate in the National Competitive League (NCL)
These gender specific programs are for individuals who can easily swim 2 lengths of the pool (50 m) and who love water sports and are excited about competitions. They can swim front crawl, back crawl and breast stroke and are adept at egg-beater. Our 16U Program trains to compete in Regional, Provincial and National championships and tournaments. Fitness and swimming are major factors. Players will develop strong passing, shooting and mobility skills while gaining strategy and stronger game sense.
