Our U14 boys and girls team were primed to
compete against some great competition at the Gatineau Cup.
The Boys went 3 and 0 in the round robin vs Capital Wave, Titans and Gatineau. They crossed over and played DDO in the semifinals and were not up to the task of defeating the very strong and seasoned team. This put put them in the bronze medal match against Gatineau/Titans where they came out victorious! Way to go Boys. We are proud of you!
The Girls finished first in their round robin division defeating the Titans and Capital Wave. They crossed over against Tiburon and won handily advancing them in the gold game versus DDO. The DDO team was too strong for our girls to overcome. Awesome Silver medal finish ladies and great tournament!
Big thanks to the parents for making the trip! Sincere thank you to Coach Glen and Coach Aleah for leading our teams to their success! It will be fun watching these teams continue to improve throughout the season!
