Why we do Bingo
The revenues from our Bingo sessions are included in our budget. They
dramatically lower the fees that must be charged for each club member. The monies
generated pay for pool time. To understand the significance, our treasurer has
estimated that the Bingo fundraiser will raise approximately $14,000.00 this
season. It is essential that each member participate to make this fundraising
commitment a success. This is a year-round commitment which will require
volunteers during the summer months.Bingo sessions for the season run from
Sept-Aug. Each session is staffed by 3 members.

A primary goal of the club is to offer the best experience possible for your player. To achieve this goal, we need every family in our
organization to contribute. To help distribute the responsibilities fairly throughout the membership, we have instituted the Member
Volunteer Program (MVP). This is a comprehensive program, point-based system and has provisions to charge a fee at the end of
the season for those families who choose not to volunteer or do not meet the minimum point requirement. Please click here for
more detailed information on our MVP program. (insert link here to webpage where Member Volunteer program is posted)
