KWwaterpoloINFERNOtshirts2013G2.pdfSPEEDOteambag (1).pdfThere will be registration packages available at each location for each family (one per player) to complete if you have not received one in advance. Registration packages will be collected during the timeslots above and must be accompanied with payment (Chq or cash) for the respective tournament fees listed below.

In addition, we require a post dated chq for tournament fees dated Nov. 15th, 2012. U14 Technical Foundations - $450 fee, $100 Tournament Fee
U14 Competitive - $850, $250 Tournament Fee
U16 Boys / Girls - $900, $250 Tournament Fee
U18 Boys / Girls - $900, $250 Tournament Fee
Seniors - $450
A family discount of $50 is available for second, third etc. registrations. If financial assistance is required our Treasurer will be available during Registration to discuss options available. Renate can also be emailed in advance at [email protected]

Bingo sign up is also a requirement of all families. Each family will be required to fulfill two bingo commitments as in previous years. This year will will also be asking our U14 TF families to complete one bingo requirement. In lieu of this commitment you can donate $500 for each competitive family or $250 for each U14 TF family.

Each Player must be registered with us by October 4th, 2012 in order to continue to practice with your respective team(s). If the paperwork and payment is not received by this date the OWPA insurance will not be in effect and the player(s) will not be allowed to practice with the team until these items are in order.

This years registration fees includes a team t-shirt. This t-shirt will come in male and female sizing's but the colour and design will be standard for all ages. We request that these t-shirts be worn at all Tournament and Game day events in order to create a unified team appearance. We will have samples for sizing purposes available on registration night as we need to confirm each players sizing so we can order correctly.

If you don't sign up for your size during registration night - we will have to make our best guess so we can submit the order on a timely basis. Additional shirts can be ordered for family members at a cost of $15/shirt. Lastly, we are also offering team swim bags this year with our team logo and player last name embroidered on the top at subsidized pricing of $40 vs. $75 thanks to sponsorship received. Bag orders must be placed and paid for during registration in order to secure the reduced pricing. Orders received later in the year will not be eligible for the reduced pricing.

Looking forward to a fantastic season!
