U18 Boys Provincials Update
Submitted By Calin Dragoiescu on Thu 04 03, 14
This past weekend our U18 boys team competed at the provincial championships in Ottawa.

We fell in tough games to York and Ottawa who would go on to face each other in the gold and we were then involved in a heated battle with two other evenly matched teams for 3rd place. We had two very good games against these teams, Toronto and Hammer, but unfortunately we came up a bit short in each and finished 5th. The boys fought hard, though, and should be proud of their efforts (No one shuts us out).

We'll continue to build on our skills and strategies at practice over the next few weeks in preparation for next season (and summer water polo!) so we hope you keep coming out.

To our graduating U18s, we wish you the best of luck should your future endeavors take you away from KW, and if you are sticking around town, we hope to see you at the pool where you can continue to play the game with our senior team.
