Online Water Polo Registration Now Open!!

KW Water Polo Membership, Bingo Session Signup, Ontario Water Polo Membership! Don’t wait until September 27! Don’t wait in line! Use your phone, use your tablet, use your computer! Get a jump on registration and do it all online!! Now!! GET KRAKEN!!

If you run into problems registering online or have questions, come out to Registration Night and we’ll help you through the online registration process there. In-person registration will take place on ThursdaySeptember 27 in two locations. Computers will be available at both locations.
  • 12U, 14U and HS Girls - from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Forest Heights Pool (we have the "Training Room" to the Left of the front desk)
  • HS Boys - from 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm at Waterloo Rec Centre (at the bottom of the stairs)

1.       Register for KW Water Polo Membership

a.       You will need your player’s health card number handy.

b.      If you are paying by Electronic Fund Transfer and you are using a computer, you may want to take a picture of a VOID cheque in advance and have it ready to attach in the form.

c.       Review the Club Policies and Guidelines here… you will be asked to confirm that you are familiar with them on the application form.

d.      Review the Bingo page here… you will be asked to confirm that you understand the commitment on the application form.

e.      Go to the Fees and Registration page here… read through the material there and click on the link near the bottom of the page which will take you to the KW Water Polo Online Membership Application Form.

f.        Fill in the form and Submit.

2.       Register for your Bingo Sessions

a.       If you didn’t already do it in step 1, review the Bingo page here so you understand your commitment and how to sign up.

b.      Go to https://kwwaterpolo.com/ and click on the Fund Raising menu item for a list of available dates and start filling in the forms.

3.       Register with Ontario Water Polo

a.       All athletes, coaches, officials and parent volunteers must be registered in Goalline in order to be registrants of Ontario Water Polo and Water Polo Canada and to have insurance coverage when helping at any event we participate in or host.

b.      Detailed instructions for registering for all roles can be found here.

c.       You will need your player’s health card number handy.

d.      Go to http://owp.goalline.ca/event-search.php and click on 2018-2019 Player Registration.

e.      Fill in the form and when asked please select “Active for Live/Active for Life” membership fee. You will not be charged.

4.       Come to the registration night location for your age group on September 27 with the following

a.       Payment in full by cheque made out to KW Water Polo Club dated Sep 27, 2018. Note that you may also pay in full by an eTransfer sent to [email protected] with a password of KWPOLO2018. Please indicate player name in the comments.

b.      A VOID cheque may be provided if paying by installment on the 15th of each month for 8 months, October to May. You may attach this in your online application form as a picture or bring to registration night. Please indicate player name on the cheque.

c.       Bring post-dated cheque(s), dated May 15, 2019, in the amount of $500 for each athlete, as security for completing the Bingo sessions. It will not be cashed unless you do not complete your Bingo commitment by the last session in September 2019. Please indicate player name on the cheque.

d.      Select apparel: There will be t-shirts, hoodies, and coats available for sizing and ordering also.  The ordering process this year is moving to online as well. We are hoping to have the link to this info by Wednesday.
